We recognize that every business is different, which is why we offer three different osCommerce support plans.

What's more, you can upgrade your osCommerce support plan at any time, allowing your level of support to grow with your business.

As an added bonus, users with Business or Enterprise osCommerce support plans have access to discount prices on any development work falling outside their maintenance plan.

Support Cases covered under your osCommerce support plan are:

  • Product add/remove/modify (within the time allowed under your osCommerce support plan).
  • Basic administrative tasks:
  • Password reset.
  • Data backup.
  • Configuration changes.
  • Reporting.
  • Design layout modification not requiring code changes.
  • osCommerce contributions installation (Please note that the average contribution installation and testing time is 2 hours. Inmeres Solutions Ltd. will notify you beforehand of the estimated time for your specific contribution).

If your call/email cannot be addressed through your osCommerce support plan, we will not log it as a support case and will prepare a specific quotation for your needs.
